CEO/President – Alex Zai
Alex Zai has been a part of the Pak Mail system since 1987. From 1987 till 1994, he was a top revenue generating franchisee in Bloomington, IN. Mr. Zai was recruited for the management team at Pak Mail’s International Support Center in Centennial, CO in 1994. He joined as Director of Store Operations, and over the years advanced to Vice President of Store Operations and International Development and to Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. He is currently the acting CEO and President of Pak Mail Centers of America, Inc.
He has been heavily involved in providing operational support for both domestic and international franchisees. He works with the international master franchise partners to create programs that help them adapt and incorporate the Pak Mail system to their local cultures and business practices. Mr. Zai’s expertise and technical knowledge of the business are well known throughout the industry.
Alex Zai has earned the Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association. He received a BA in religious studies from Indiana University and acquired a MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
