Toys For Tots drop off location for Eau Claire, WI

• Toys must be new and still in the original packaging
• Toys cannot be wrapped as they need to determine the best child for the individual gift
• Drop offs begin in November and run until approx the First week in December.  Any dropped off after that time will still be accepted, and they will be notified of extras.

     I inherited a grandfather clock from my mother who recently passed away and had lived in Wisconsin.  I live in Washington State so had no idea how I was going to get that clock from WI to WA.  I “Googled” shipping companies near Pigeon Falls, WI and several came up on a map.  I clicked on the map and for reasons I can’t explain, selected Pak Mail in Eau Claire, WI.  After talking with Chris on the phone, his professionalism and enthusiasm to solve any challenge I had, sealed my confidence in this shipping company.  All I had to do was have my clock serviceman make sure the clock was silenced and to make sure there weren't any loose items jiggling around.  Chris and his truck driver, Jim*, came to the house to pick up the clock and took it to their place of business to securely pack it in a box surrounded by Styrofoam sheets and then placed into a wooden crate that was specifically built for the clock.  I was totally pleased with the care that was provided by Chris & his crew at Pak Mail in the shipping preparation of my clock for the journey from WI to WA.  It arrived in WA in great condition and the clock is now in my dining room chiming on the quarter hours and striking on the hour.  I had several other boxes of dishes and other item shipped by Pak Mail and everything arrived intact; nothing broken or damaged. I would totally recommend Chris and Pak Mail for all of your shipping needs.

Thanks so much for the update. You have provided great communication and we really appreciate it.

Veryl emailed that she had received the package and that all looked to be in excellent order. She said it was packed extremely well by you, and she also commented on what a great job you had done with keeping us advised of the progress (I had forwarded her copies of your emails to me).

Things are a little different "on Hawaiin time" so I would not have been too suprised or dismayed had there been a delay once it reached the island - but thank you so much for your efforts to get to the bottom of things and make sure it was delivered in a timely manner!

Thank you also for working with us to make this potentially problematic and overwhelming (to us) shipment run so smoothly and easily. You really went above and beyond what we expected, especially with the email updates as to the progress of the delivery.
