Please let me take a minute to thank you for your interest in Pak Mail and introduce myself to you. My name is John Korpi I have been both a franchisee (store owner) and Area Developer with Pak Mail for over 20 years, and I can tell you that it has been an awesome business decision for me and my family. There has been a lot of work involved, but this is a business that has been able to help me realize the vision I have had for my life. In short, Pak Mail has afforded me opportunity, and I have taken advantage of that opportunity.
Our Area Developer team consists of three talented individuals. Ken Kregel, who is responsible for the financial wing of our business and keeps us on the straight and narrow. Ken is a valuable resource who not only has years of high level accounting experience, he has a keen understanding of our business thatt adds both depth and balance to our team. Jeff Kregel, who runs the two stores that we currently own, has over 20 years of experience running Pak Mail stores and is a vast wealth of information. He keeps us grounded by helping us stay intimately in touch with where the rubber meets the road. I am responsible for coaching the stores in our territory. That coaching includes everything from the moment a person begins to evaluate Pak Mail as a possible business, to site selection, to buildout, to opening, to yearly goals and evaluation. Because I have such broad exposure to what is going on, I have the ability to "cross pollinate" great ideas and practices, and help them be used where they can be most productive.
