(JONESBORO, Ark., Nov. 2, 2026) Tim and Rhonda Kincade, owners of Pak Mail Jonesboro, were recognized for their outstanding business performance during the 2026 Annex Brands National Convention, earning multiple awards that celebrate sales achievement, business growth and operational excellence.
As the location with the greatest revenue from a single retail location, the Kincades accumulated several recognitions including the Founder’s Club Award, given to franchisees who generated more than $1 million in sales during 2025 from a single location. They were also presented with a Top Performer Award, which recognizes locations for achieving exceptional sales volume and significant year-over-year growth among franchise locations of similar tenure.
The awards were presented during Annex Brands’ annual awards ceremony, held October 1-3 at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
